Blush is something I wear everyday and rarely leave the house without it in my bag. Needless to say I am completely obsessed that I went a bit overboard when I went into Ulta and the PX lol. I’m in love with all the blushes I got and have started wearing them already. My favorite one though has to be the Elizabeth Arden plum perfection. It’s not as dark as it looks but I love the color on my skin tone.
Top (left to right): Elizabeth Arden– plum perfection 03, romantic rose 06; Laura Geller Baby Cakes- sugar-free raspberry, Pink grapefruit, Golden apricot, and Sunswept. Bottom (left to right): Bare Minerals, secret; Stila, Self Adjusting pink
These Elizabeth Arden blushes were 50-75% off at the PX for $10 each. I definitely stocked up on some more Elizabeth Arden products as well.
I really like this Laura Geller pallet cause it can be used for blush as well as bronzer.
And of course I couldn’t leave Ulta without getting a Barbie pink blush from Stila in self-adjusting pink 😀
This is my first time buying Sleek make-up and I must say that I absolutely love it. It’s not only affordable, but they have a variety of products and colors to choose from and more importantly, they deliver on time.
Since this was my first purchase, I just got a blush and eye shadow palette. I wasn’t sure if I would like it or not, so I played it safe with what I knew.
Besides, how cute is this packaging?
Blush by 3 “Sweet cheeks” is part of their Candy collection (limited edition) in which there are 3 blushes: Cupcake (Cream blush), Dolly mix and Candy floss (Both powdered blushes).
I also got some dark eye shadows for a smokey eye look. This palette is part of their i-Divine collection and is called “Bad Girl“. The name of the shadows were quite unique as well. Ex: innocence, gullible, blade, gun-metal, obnoxious, envy, intoxicated, rebel…aka Bad Girl 😛
So this is my first time purchasing Avon products and I actually wasn’t too impressed with the pigmentation of lipsticks and the blush. I love bright colors as they do pretty well on my skin tone, however these ones weren’t as bright as I wanted them to be. I had to put on lip liner or lip stain before I put on the lipstick. But once the stain/liner is on, the colors do show through nicely.
The 2 lipsticks I got were Doll Pink which is a Barbie pink color and Passion a coral red.
They look so bright in the pictures, which is why I bought them and they do have a creamy finish.
